Join us for a fun morning of fitness, yoga and a delicious plant based lunch. A Mindful Marathon is back with different classes to inspire your fitness journey.
The morning cardio class focuses on endurance, strength and overall fitness. Following this, we commence a holistic yoga practice with the goal of encouraging mobility, increasing our flexibility and experiencing full body awareness of the physical and subtle body in unison. A short meditation will conclude the yoga class.
We are sure to have worked up a healthy appetite, Melanie will spoil us with her plant based cooking on completing the Mindful Marathon. Seasonal produce to nourish your body inside and out, learn the benefits of plant based eating and yummy recipes that you can enjoy at home.
